Another (free!) End of the Year Memory Book

I have written about end of the year student gifts, awards and writing activities before. I want to share a new memory book that I am going to use this year that’s only available on my blog!

End of the Year Memory Book

I have been using my end of the year memory book for the past 2 years and wanted to switch it up this year!

On the front of the book, I am going to place a class photograph of my students. If you don’t or can’t do this, you can have them draw a picture on the front of your or their choice.

My students will do one page a day until the last day of school.

We only are doing one page a day so we can really brainstorm and discuss our memories. I record what they say and this helps students generate and add to ideas that others shared. This is also a great way to reflect as a whole group.

Then, they go back to their seats and write about what we discussed. By the end of the school year, they will have a memory book they can keep forever.
